DELIVERY INFORMATION

For standard delivery within Australia we use our courier service for all other deliveries we use DHL. All orders are dispatched after two business days. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Please note customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination (delivery) country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges, and cannot confirm what the cost would be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unforeseen charges.

For orders being delivered within Australia that exceed the duty free threshold;- the purchaser agrees for Minskat Pty Ltd and/or its agent to clear the goods through customs on their behalf.- Minskat Pty Ltd will cover any customs duty and tax charges

For international deliveries we will provide a tracking number so that you know where your parcel is at all times. If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, our courier service will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery at your convenience. Should your item not arrive within the estimated delivery time please contact our customer service team.

If you enter an incorrect address during checkout Minskat Pty Ltd is not liable for any delay or if the item does not arrive to you. Where an incorrect address is entered parcels are usually returned to sender. We will make every effort upon the parcel being returned to us to re-label and re-dispatch however Minskat Pty Ltd cannot be accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit/delivery period. Please note there will be an added delivery charge to resend your item(s) to the correct address.

FREE RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Shopping at Minskat is easy and risk free with all full price items ordered able to be returned FREE of charge, within our 14 day change of mind period. For more details see below.

Change of Mind
  • Minskat Pty Ltd will exchange or refund (full price items only) within 14 days of purchase.
  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange/credit only.
  • You must provide 'proof of purchase', being either a tax invoice, bank or credit card statement.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card/paypal used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Minskat Pty Ltd, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. The amount refunded will cover the value of the item (s) purchased, however shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • Please note we do not accept change of mind returns for our Bespoke crystal clutch and one-off items in The Studio section of this site.
  • Items must be in new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return. Product tags must be attached or accompany the product on return.
  • Due to health regulations earrings/lip balm/nail polish cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only before wear. Shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return.
  • All apparel including knitwear must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all packaging and tags still attached.

Full-Price Merchandise Refunds:
The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card/paypal) if returned within 14 days of the ship date on your tax invoice. Please allow 30 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

Sale-Price Merchandise Refunds:
- The full amount of the sale price will be credited in the form of a store credit/exchange for the value paid if returned within 14 days.
- We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns on sale items purchased, we will gladly exchange/credit only.
- After 14 days, change of mind returns of sale product are not eligible for exchange or credit.

1. Return of an Online Purchase by Mail
Our online store accepts returns for a refund (full price items only), or exchange for a different size or colour. If you would like to return your item/s to our online store please reply to your confirmation email or forward your tax invoice to Customer Service. Please note during a sale or a sale period we do not offer change of mind returns for a refund. For change of mind returns for full price items, our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours and provide you with a return authority number and reply paid address to return the item/s free of charge. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the goods. Minskat Pty Ltd cannot guarantee availability of exchanged sizes after this period. 2. Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item must be within 14 days of purchase and provide 'proof of purchase' being either a tax invoice or a credit card/bank statement.

3. Returning an International Delivery

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.

Minskat Pty Ltd stands by the quality of our manufacturing standards as such should any defect of manufacture (failure of hardware, components or workmanship) presents itself please kindly contact our customer service team and we will endeavour to assist you accordingly. Leather is a natural product. Damage and/or defects caused by personal wear and tear, accidents, treatment which is inconsistent with Minskat Pty Ltd's care instructions, dismantling or repair by persons other than recommended repair centres are not covered under the terms of the warranty outlined below. Minskat Pty Ltd will gladly exchange or refund in accordance with the following conditions:
  • You must provide proof of purchase, being either a tax invoice, credit card or bank statement.
